I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years as a bilingual psychotherapist and mental health consultant for different organizations. I have had the pleasure of working with clients from different socio-cultural backgrounds and different ages.
I believe in the therapeutic process and consider myself a catalyst in assisting you to discover your best self. My practice focuses on you as a whole person and on building skills upon your strengths. I truly believe that human beings have the capacity to heal themselves when they are appropriately guided. I experienced therapy as more than a profession but an interpersonal art form.
I utilized techniques from different evidence-based modalities that will help you understand the impact of early and current relationships on a person’s sense of well-being.
One of the key factors to succeed as a clinician is the confidence and wisdom we express when we come from a foundation of self-awareness.
Other interests
Besides offering psychotherapy, I’m pleased to offer clinical consultation for those already licensed and seeking ongoing clinical support. My training in reflective practice supervision through the infant mental health program has provided me with the skills to collaborate with you in different cases from early childhood to adulthood.
