Sarah Fink, LPC
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am passionate about guiding adults and adolescents on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. My practice revolves around a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as helping individuals build self-esteem and navigate their unique life paths.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, skillfully blending evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. These methods provide a strong foundation for understanding and addressing emotional and behavioral patterns while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship. In addition, I incorporate holistic modalities that address the mind-body connection, recognizing that our emotional experiences are often intertwined with our physical well-being.
My background in yoga and art enables me to offer a rich, varied therapeutic experience. I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness and often introduce practices such as breathwork and yoga-inspired movement to help clients connect with their bodies and develop greater self-awareness. This can create a calming atmosphere conducive to healing and self-discovery.
Additionally, I embrace creative expression through art therapy techniques to provide clients with alternative ways to explore and process difficult emotions. Together, we will navigate challenges, process difficult emotions, and cultivate lasting change through a compassionate, integrated approach to therapy. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, build emotional resilience and personal empowerment, and work toward lasting change.
