I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing and personal development. My approach is client-centered, as I acknowledge you as the expert in your life utilizing mindfulness to address stress and anxiety. I also help clients overcome addictions, heal from trauma, and boost motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. Additionally, my previous experience in residential settings gives me the desire to work with individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis. I offer therapy to adults in both English and Hebrew, both online and in person. At the moment I am not accepting insurance.
