I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques to help you heal, build resilience, and create a more meaningful life.

My training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy allows us to directly address the impact of traumatic experiences and distressing memories. EMDR can help to reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing you to move forward with greater freedom.

I also utilize the principles of Narrative Therapy, which recognizes that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we will explore the stories that shape your understanding of yourself and your challenges. By identifying unhelpful narratives and co-creating new, empowering ones, you can reclaim your agency and discover your inherent strengths.

For those grappling with the aftermath of trauma, my training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provides a structured and effective pathway towards healing. CPT focuses on understanding and modifying unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that can keep you stuck, ultimately reducing symptoms of PTSD and promoting recovery.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
