Because of the social stigmas that come with being depressed, we aim to help clients sort out their environmental, biological, and circumstantial factors while offering support and care through a very dark time in their lives.

    Our approach helps you identify the unhelpful beliefs that trigger or continue your symptoms. We work on finding ways of doing more of what gives you a general sense of well-being.
