Some therapists are currently in-network with Quartz, Network Health, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield (including Blue Priority), United Healthcare (Commercial), Optum, Aetna, and UMR. Depending on your current health insurance provider, services can be covered fully or partially.
Contact your health insurance plan before you make an appointment to verify how much you will need to pay for services or if our provider is in your network. For insurance plans which we are not in-network, some clients have a portion of their services paid for through out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits. We will be happy to provide an invoice called Superbill after you have received services for you to send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
We’d recommend contacting your insurance company in advance to see if they cover out-of-network providers.
After each session, payment is due by credit card, cash, or an HSA/Flex spending account.
Discounted self-pay fees depend on the therapist you choose and range from $120-$160 for intake evaluations and $80 to $125 for a standard therapeutic hour. Our couple’s therapy cost is $150. We also offer clinical and business consultation for therapists at $100 per hour.
Many of our clients are professionals or entrepreneurs who need support managing the stress of their careers, relationships, or current concerns. Yet, they don’t fulfill the criteria for a mental health disorder. Not checking all the boxes for a disease may guarantee a denial for those using health insurance to pay for services.
Most insurance plans have adopted the medical model in which preventive services are not always considered essential. Such an approach makes people believe they do not have the right to seek support, even when preventive services improve the wellness of high-functioning individuals by providing support before issues get more significant or out of control. If this speaks to you, you can seek services to improve or maintain your mental well-being, even when you are a high-functioning person.

We try very hard to maintain a small caseload and offer the best therapeutic experience for you and others, so it impacts us and others when you don’t attend your session. If you cannot attend, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before. We are available through email, texts, or phone calls, and if possible, we will try to accommodate you for another time within the same week. Failure to cancel or reschedule ahead of time incurs an $80 fee.
