Our mental health clinic, based in Milwaukee, comprises five therapists offering psychotherapy services to individuals and couples facing various mental health concerns. Our practice accepts major commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, and self-pay. Our clinicians have different therapeutic approaches and specialize in life changes, anxiety, and relationships.

The Position

We are expanding and seeking a full-time licensed Doctoral or Master’s degree psychotherapist to join us. Our current clinicians enjoy schedule flexibility and the ability to provide services in-person or online. The position requires a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week.

Requirements

· Strong clinical skills to perform diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapeutic services for adults and couples.

· Knowledge and experience providing treatment to different clinical presentations.

· Independent mental health license in Wisconsin.

·Self-motivated, driven, and independent with a strong ability to establish rapport with inquiring and current clients.

·Previous experience working in a private practice setting is a plus.

·Ability to comprehend and conduct sessions in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

Base Pay + Commission with the ability to earn up to $104,000 per year

Education

• Doctoral or Master’s degree required
• Previous trainings in evidence-based therapy approaches desired.
